Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. We aim to ensure your items are carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday depending on order volume. All orders are tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we will be working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders will undergo processing and delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note that during national holidays, processing and delivery times for orders may be delayed.
