Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

Orders placed before 2pm AWST on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AWST on a business day, will be dispatched the next day.  Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on restock/new product release days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes. 

Please note that we will be working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders will undergo processing and delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note that during national holidays, processing and delivery times for orders may be delayed.
